Prof. Bruce Peltier

Bruce Peltier
 
is Professor of Psychology and Ethics at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.  He is a 1970 graduate of West Point and has a master’s in Education, a doctorate in counseling psychology, and an M.B.A.  He received the University of the Pacific’s 2001 teacher-scholar award and the distinguished adjunct faculty award this year at the University of San Francisco.  The second edition of his book The Psychology of Executive Coaching, published by Brunner-Routledge is due out in September.  He is past president of the San Francisco Academy of Hypnosis and of the American Society for Dental Ethics.
 
Dr. Peltier will present on psychological and behavior components of the dentist-patient relationship as related to CAMBRA and caries control.
